beautiful top. I like your bias fabric placement and your neckline. I am wearing a top of that same fabric today, but the blue one. Mine is just a plain t-shirt, though. Boring.

I love all of your creations. This fabric choice makes the top so wonderful. I agree that stretch fabric needs negative ease not to look sack-y.
