I agree with both of you. I have the problem that I see myself in my mind's eye as how I looked 30 years ago. I'm not much heavier but everything has shifted. :)

Warning heeded. It is so easy to be tempted by patterns that would flatter the imaginary image I have of myself that bears no resemblance to reality.
