What a great top! Im scared of sewing lycra, but I should give it a go! About the cotton on my Butterick dress, it is 100% cotton, bought it at the local market, from the quilting part of the stall. I supose the drape comes from the circle skirt part, I asure you when I was working with it, it felt like working with sheets :D So, yes, I think this kind of fabric you can get anywhere in the USA
