The dress is cute partly due to design but mostly due to the color and shape being PERFECT for the wearer. Everyone would like to look like this in a sleeveless, taffeta dress. Great job!

Thank you, ladies! DreinPA, she wore a petticoat that I had made several years ago using a vintage pattern. There's actually a post about it on my blog. I eventually shortened it by removing length at the top and used gathering stitches to ease it back to the size of the waistband.
