Your dress looks lovely. You're clever to come up with a sleeve pattern you like :) I think I'd like a little lower neckline but this one really showcases the print.

I know it's not a neckline that appeals to a lot of people but I've always like high necklines, even in the Summer (although this fabric doesn't have all that much stretch, so it is a bit chokey - the black one worked out fine).
