Gorgeous top! Minor edit needed at step 6, where I think you meant to attach the front of the sleeve to the front instead of the back. Do you think the cowl would be too bulky in a thicker knit, like a sweater knit, or is the neckline loose enough to accept the bulkier fabrics? Thanks so much for the review!

FictionFan, thanks for noticing the error, I've altered it now. The neckline is very wide and the collar quite roomy due to being large enough to go over the head as a hood. However, it is a very deep collar top to neckline so anything with bulk is not going to work too well as it won't drape down enough. The neckline is large enough, before the collar goes on, that it will easily sit on the points of my shoulders so I think a light to medium sweater knit with drape and stretch would probably work fine.
