Helpful review, thank you, especially about the zipper. Don't apologize about using stash for gifts. It took your valuable time and effort to make this purse, undoubtedly more so than if you bought something ready made. People have so little free time these days, I'm actually more impressed by a homemade gift than a bought one.

That is a really neat bag! Thanks for the info on the actual size, I never would have guessed. Personally, I really treasure gifts that are made for me. Time & energy are precious commodities, & I feel flattered when someone uses those to make something for me.
