	DaisyA said... Just checked your blog and the skirt swirls nicely! When I saw your vintage pattern little bells started tinkling. I made that pattern about 35 years ago when I was in Teachers College. I have a feeling it was in some sort of soft rayon that hung very nicely and it twirled too.
