Lovely review for a self drafted top. I too would like to do a bias for this style so your info here was note-worthy for me. I liked the detail on your blog and love the elephant print fabric. Thanks for the review.

Laurie, Lakaribane has pointed out on my blog that using wider seam allowances, an inch or so, when making a bias cut garment is a good idea, so as to take advantage of the self neatening properties of the bias. I'm going to incorporate this tip the next time I use the pattern.
