Did it look like the photo/drawing on the pattern envelope once you were done sewing with it?
Were the instructions easy to follow?
Yes, super easy
What did you particularly like or dislike about the pattern?
I like that the facing "set in" without any problems
I love that the pattern suggested using bias binding to finish of the armholes instead of using facings
I like the shape of the top, even though it is a trapeze style its very flattering, not to much fabric
I like the back neckline, its cut on a slope instead of the normal round neck, very cute.
I like the application of the tie bands and the fact that the blouse lay flat at the back, no puckering.
I like the length of the blouse, it hits at a good spot
I used a poly-georgette.
Pattern alterations or any design changes you made:
I also did my normal petite adjustment to the bodice and added back the inch for the length, however, I also made
The Dress and I added 2 inches of length in addition to the pattern and I'm so happy I did.
Would you sew it again? Would you recommend it to others?
absolutely, I would make this top over and over again, I love it.
I think you can't go wrong with it, its a very easy to assemble so it makes for a great summer sewing project.
