Aw, I'm sorry. It is cute! I always have that problem with big3 kids patterns. My last big goof was a pair of "size 3" sweatpants that fit my 9yo. Button tabs perhaps combined with a tad of elastic in the back might be a very cute addition and make it wearable? 6/18/12 2:08 PM Snoo said... Thank you, Tanya. I carted it over to my sewing friend yesterday and she suggested that I make an inverted pleat at the center front and add a button, etc. there and then elastic in the back.
