I could not get the pic to enlarge, so it is a little hard to see the sleeves. The lines of the dress are really pretty. If these sleeves are like some of my tops with too large at the hem area, you can pleat the hem and secure it with a button. Another idea is to cut a rectangle to make a sleeve band the ideal bicep circumference and gather or pleat the sleeve hem edge to fit.

I also could not get the pic to enlarge, but it looks really nice from the photo -- simple, elegant style in a neutral. BTW, my photos are showing up sideways for some reason! ;-)

Well, it looks very good tiny! Ditto, can't open and enlarge. I'd love to see it; am admiring from afar. For the tummy bagginess- have you tried it various kinds of belts- different widths, materials and kinds of closures? At this stage, could you add the torso darts, like in the back to the front? Take out some of the design ease out at the side seams?
