I tried to post at your blog (didn't seem to work) but I really get where you're coming from that a pattern can (a) need a lot of work to get the "right" fit, and (b) still end up not being the right pattern for you. I think they look great on you, but a skinny style is so not me, I wouldn't bother to try.

Your review was a nice lesson in pants fitting. I don't know what they did to the pattern to get the fit shown on the website but it must have been drastic since every pair I've seen reviewed were, at beginning, a disaster. I also made a pair of skinny pants that will never be worn away from the confines of my home. Yours do look very good on you. Too bad they aren't your preferred style.

They do look good in the end, but thanks for the honest warning and all the pants fitting advice! Also, I love your shoes!

You've achieved a great fit, it's a pity you don't like the look. I have your measurements, but I won't be taking them off your hands as I don't think they would suit me either. They look better on the less curvy I think.

Great job on the fitting and final pants!! You have more stamina than me. :) I made one muslin of this pattern and tossed it, because I wasn't prepared to do all the fitting work when there are so many other patterns out there. Great review, thanks.
