I love the ruffles you put on the shoulder! Tell me more about the stretch-and-use-a-straight-stitch technique.... I've never sewed knits but recently got a bunch of good cheap remnant lengths, and several projects in mind! :-)

Threads magazine has an article online on the techinque called, 'A Primer on Sewing Knits'. It tells how to do it and what types of seam finishes look best and it's a free article (you don't have to sign in).
