Jannw, I don't know the answer to that having never made an adult hat. Hmm, but thinking about it, I guess once you figured out the relationship of the head circumference to the size of the brim, it could be done because the side hat part is a 1:1 ratio to the brim and then the top is a circle. I would say a little bit of thinking/experimentation would make it possible. Thinking about it some more, I think if you sized up everything proportionally there might be a Cat in the Hat effect. Still might be worth experimenting with.
