to Merry G- I just bought it from Spotlight In Australia - perhaps it is called something else outside of Australia - it is used to make sweatshirts or windcheaters - it is soft and fluffy on the inside and looks like T shirt material on the outside.

Wonderful first bag and great combination of fabrics. Agree about the internal zip pockets, and also a pen pocket is a must in my books.
