To add long sleeves, you can use a tshirt pattern that you already know fits and trace a new front and back using those pieces, but keep the center part where this pattern has the added fabric for tucks. Use the sleeve from your other pattern.

That would work, but I don't like a seam going all the way down my arm- just my preference!
