Wow! Sounds to me you should consider changing your profile as your skills are WAY beyond advanced beginner! I love the fabric--but agree with you that this pattern doesn't seem made for your slim curvy figure. None the less, with your changes you made you look awesome!

Thanks everyone! I've just been told of something called a stick-on bra which might make this pattern more of a possibility for those reluctant to show bra straps..
