Very classy skirt and another great CR pattern. I think I change my yoke in the same way and I think it's because there is less of a difference between actual waist/hip measurements than the pattern is drafted for. Typically, I cut out the yoke by squaring off the ends and baste the edges until things fit right, but I think I get the same result as what you work out in the muslin stage. Thanks for detailing how you modifed the yoke because it gives me a little more insight into what I'm actually doing--and I'm on the verge of sewing yoked gauchos so a very timely review for me.

Nice skirt, the pockets make this standard skirt more interesting, especially with the curved shape
