What doll was used? American Girl doll, or other.

The doll is an "Our Generation" doll. The measurements are very close to that of an American Girl, though she's a wee bit smaller in the hips (about a 1/2 "). Chest, shoulder, arm and leg length are all within a 1/4" of a typical (not Pre-Matel) American Girl.

After using Liberty Jane and their partner patterns, sometimes I wonder why I continue to buy the commercial patterns. They all seem big in one way or another or ill-fitting. Glad someone else thinks so too.
