My GD has the same doll! Outfit might be a little big but still looks cute!

What doll was used? American Girl doll, or other.

The doll is an "Our Generation" doll. The measurements are very close to that of an American Girl, though she's a wee bit smaller in the hips (about a 1/2 "). Chest, shoulder, arm and leg length are all within a 1/4" of a typical (not Pre-Matel) American Girl.

After using Liberty Jane and their partner patterns, sometimes I wonder why I continue to buy the commercial patterns. They all seem big in one way or another or ill-fitting. Glad someone else thinks so too.

I agree...I have found all of the "big 4" doll clothes patterns to be too big and/or ill fitting since I started using Liberty Jane and other specialty patterns.
