It does look fantastic on you! We have similar proportions, so I will keep this pattern in mind for myself if the occasion arises. Beautiful work on the lining!

Wow! This looks great on an adult! I am just finishing a version of this for my 12-year-old daughter (a sophisticated kid who is attending a wedding and has some bar mitzah invitations coming up as well). In her case, I started with a size 6, the smallest size in the pattern, and graded down here and there, and the length is good for her (at 5 ft). She thought it was kind of childish at first, till I showed her online that all the stylish starlets are romping about in this exact silhouette--just like you! Very au courant, and the color you chose is divine.
