Pattern Description:
Jeans pattern to fit 18" dolls

Pattern Sizing:
Sized for 18" dolls, American Girls specifically.

Did it look like the photo/drawing on the pattern envelope once you were done sewing with it?

I didn't think they would, as they are rated at a "Medium" skill level, and I an VERY much a novice.

Were the instructions easy to follow?
Extremely - Liberty Jane instructions are the best out there.

What did you particularly like or dislike about the pattern?
I love how clear and thorough the instructions are.
Sewing through multiple layers of denim is challenging though.

Fabric Used:
Repurposed denim - an old pair of kids jeans that nobody wears.
I even saved the hems from the old jeans !

Pattern alterations or any design changes you made:
None this time, aside from preserving the hem from the human sized jeans.

Would you sew it again? Would you recommend it to others?
Definitely !

The finished jeans are a little snug for a child to get on and off the particular dolls we have, more a "skinny" jeans (I haven't tried their skinny jeans pattern yet to compare the fit though).
**BUT** We don't have American Girl dolls. We have 2 "Our Generation" dolls, and 1 "Maplelea" doll.

I made a pair of LJC's jeans and the only doll it will fit is a Springfield doll. Tried to put on an AG doll and the foot won't go down the leg.
