You might want to take a look at Simplicity 2189? I have both of these patterns and really like 2189, I've only done it up in shorts (knit and woven both), love the pockets on it but not so not sure how wide the pants are. Thanks for all the tips on this pattern, I think you got an amazing fit after all your adjustments. Look great and comfy!
