Don't feel too 'meh' about these pants...They look great on you. The fit is so good, it has inspired me to make a pants block. Did use a tutorial for the block?

I think you look great in these trouser jeans. They are slimming in the hip because of the great fit you've achieved. I think you will find yourself wearing them often.
