Thank you for this reveiw Jennifer. Your pants look great. I've only been sewing a short time so pants are still a challenge. I just took a fit class w/Sally McCann to help with pants fitting :-) Which plus size patterns do you find really fit the best? -Kim

I had just completed this pattern myself last week, out of a soft khaki green micro-fiber. Am also between 12 and 14 and also found myself making adjustments in the crotch and hip area. I think the issue it the lower waistband,,which I do love, but somehow this does seem to affect the fit through waist and hip area. I do love the finished pants though and agree with you on the pocket finish,,,,it does give a very smooth front look. Have not tried the jacket,,yet,,,but soon,,,,
