| Pattern Description: Misses' & Men's Aprons
Pattern Sizing: Small - X Large
Did it look like the photo/drawing on the pattern envelope once you were done sewing with it? Yes, except I chose to make view C without the bib pocket.
Were the instructions easy to follow? The instructions are very easy.
What did you particularly like or dislike about the pattern? I made view C, it has three deep pockets! I really like this unisex-style chef apron...it was so easy to sew, and you can have a whole lot of fun with embellishments...really personalize it! I really like that you can make from size small - x-large...I made both aprons XL.
Fabric Used: Cotton/Polyester Twill
Pattern alterations or any design changes you made: The only changes I made was to add the applique on the front..instead of the bib pocket... It was my first time trying applique...not the best...but passable! The motif I chose is from the game World Of Warcraft. The other change I made was to raise the triple-pocket a few inches...it is supposed to be right on the hem line. I sewed the pocket on higher just in case my sons wanted me to hem the length... as the apron is quite long.
Would you sew it again? Would you recommend it to others? I will sew this many times...I highly recommend this pattern. I have made the second one for my other son...just need to embellish it with a "Metal-Band" theme.
Conclusion: My son likes to cook and really needed an apron. I found a free-clip art design online...It is the same symbol he has tattooed on the back of his neck...he is a fan of the game "World Of Warcraft" I have made two of these aprons...they will be Christmas presents!
