Pattern Description: I choose to make dress A, the shorter skirt and wide shoulder straps
Pattern Sizing: 14, should have made a 12
Did it look like the photo/drawing on the pattern envelope once you were done sewing with it? It looked somewhat like the drawing. However, the darts are extremely unflattering (I'm wearing the proper under garments, the darts make it seem otherwise) and the size recommendation is incorrect. I had to take a lot in and it was still slightly too large
Were the instructions easy to follow? Yes, the instructions were easy to follow.
What did you particularly like or dislike about the pattern? The steps were simple and easy to follow. As I said before front darts are not flattering. I had read other reviews about the low cut neckline so I adjusted for that prior to cutting my fabric. I probably should have used a knit material instead of cotton and eliminated the zipper.

Pattern alterations or any design changes you made: Sew a size smaller than you think you need, I would opt not to do any front darts at all, and I would account for the lower cut neckline (either by changing the angle of the front center pieces like I did or by adding a modesty panel as other reviews show)
Would you sew it again? Would you recommend it to others? I will probably sew it again as a top, with the changes I suggested and pleating instead of gathering (turns out I don't like gather, too messy looking). If someone has experience in altering a pattern to fit them I would say this is perfectly fine. For a first time sewer, I would not suggest this pattern.
