Pattern Description: Chose View A, a yoke skirt with six gores and pockets set into the seams with ties.
Pattern Sizing: Size U5 16, 18, 20, 22, 24 I chose an 18, since those are my measurements.
Did it look like the photo/drawing on the pattern envelope once you were done sewing with it? Yes, I believe it did.
Were the instructions easy to follow? Yes, crystal clear.
What did you particularly like or dislike about the pattern? I love the length, the swirl of the skirt and the pockets. I just really love the style and was really excited to make this.

Pattern alterations or any design changes you made: No, I added
a centered zipper since this is the first thing I've made in ??? many many years and a lapped zipper just looked too hard, should have sewn in an invisible one, I believe.
Would you sew it again? Would you recommend it to others? Yes, and yes. I would love to sew this again, perhaps a size smaller.
Conclusion: This is perfect for going to buffets and still being able to breath afterward...lol It's quite a conundrum, I like to be comfortable, number one, but if I lose weight it feels too big. I think
I'll add some elastic, like someone else said.

That is a really cute skirt pattern that I had never noticed before. Hope somebody funs a $.99 sale on Simplicity soon. Such a sucker for pockets! ;-) Looks like a skirt you will wear a lot in different seasons.
