I had a couple of issues with the sizing as the arm scythe was very tight. I would suggest possibly going against your instinct of making this super fitted and start with a bigger size Did it look like the photo/drawing on the pattern envelope once you were done sewing with it?

I have made 3 tops and 2 dresses out of this now. And yes I am sure I will sew it again! Conclusion:
