What a beautiful dog and his coat looks wonderful! It's very slimming. lol The serging idea sounds like the best idea. I have two babies I could make coates for. I think I'll put this pattern on my wish list so we are ready for next (dare I say it) winter. Thanks!

I like the idea to serge rather than bias tape.
