I made version A-. I used the smaller cowl and long sleeves, and made it just below butt length (about 4" off the longer version on me).

I really hate the sleeves. I'm a little short, so pushed up sleeves are less of a design choice than a necessity for me to begin with. But that's not the issue- the loop just makes them hard to put on. I shouldn't have to fight with my clothes like a 5 year old!

On top of that, this thing has less shaping than a tent. It's cute and fashionable with a belt and leggings, but it's cute-because-of-styling rather than just being cute. I probably won't post a photo because I don't know that I'll wear it again.

I did make the pants up as PJ pants for my nieces last Christmas, and they were easy and looked like pants (no idea how they fit- I didn't see the girls in them, and I didn't have their measurements to start with).
