Pattern Description: Loose-fitting tunic has collar or hood, shaped hemline, snap/button closing. I made view C.
Pattern Sizing: Y (xsm-sm-med) I made the medium.
Did it look like the photo/drawing on the pattern envelope once you were done sewing with it? Yes it did.
Were the instructions easy to follow? Very easy.
What did you particularly like or dislike about the pattern? I like that it's an easy sew; you could use a bazillion different fabrics depending on how you want to wear it. I planned on wearing something under it so I made the medium. I would probably make a small otherwise. The pattern seems true to size. No dislikes.
Fabric Used: This fabric was from EOS and described as 'Segeco paprika mohair boucle sweater knit'. I used the Pro-Tricot Deluxe Interfacing, a leftover black button from my recently-made coat, thread from Superior Threads.
Pattern alterations or any design changes you made: I did not do the hems as instructed...I just serged them. I also finished/serged all the edges of the facings. There were no instructions to do so but they really need finishing.
Would you sew it again? Would you recommend it to others? I would consider sewing it again...it would make a cute swim coverup in the right fabric.
I would recommend it to others.
Conclusion: This makes a cute tunic to wear alone or as a layering option. The hood is cute and I like the different hemlines.
