Pattern Description:
Knit skirts in several lengths and widths. Pattern Sizing:
I made a 12, I wear a 6 in rtw Did it look like the photo/drawing on the pattern envelope once you were done sewing with it?
Yep Were the instructions easy to follow?
Yes, the instructions were clear, although this is a really simple skirt to sew so it's kind of a no-brainer What did you particularly like or dislike about the pattern?
I liked everything, it's a great, great, great skirt and I'm so excited to have a simple pattern like this in so many lengths! I don't think the one photo on the pattern envelope does it justice at all because I can visualize sooooo many looks for these skirts. It's one of those things that would be simple to draft yourself, but it's nice that you don't have to Fabric Used:
poly blend jersey knit from Denver Fabrics. Pattern alterations or any design changes you made:
Because my fabric was limited, I couldn't make view I as full as the pattern piece, so I folded it in until it fit on my fabric, resulting in still a slight A-line, but not as narrow as the straight version. I think the amount of flare is perfect and plan to repeat that with the next one. Would you sew it again? Would you recommend it to others?
I will use this pattern several more times. I actually bought another knit yesterday for my next one! Highly recommend. Conclusion:
Great pattern with endless possibilities and super simple for beginners.
