Pattern Description:
This pattern includes each a small and large version of a giraffe, doe and horse/pony. Pattern Sizing:
This pattern sizing has large and small. I chose to make up the large horse/pony. It is a decent size plush toy. Did it look like the photo/drawing on the pattern envelope once you were done sewing with it?
Yes, it looks like the option that I chose to sew up. Were the instructions easy to follow?
Yes, the instructions were easy to follow. What did you particularly like or dislike about the pattern?
I personally do not like working with small pattern pieces. Other than that the pattern was well written. Fabric Used:
My husband and I chose to use cottons for our lil one's horse. A brown with pink and glitter accents and the contrast pink. Pattern alterations or any design changes you made:
I reinforced all seams with an extra row of stitching. Would you sew it again? Would you recommend it to others?
No, not because it was a bad pattern... because it was a great pattern... I just do not like working with small pieces. I would recommend this pattern to anyone who has the will to work with small pieces ;). I'd say it would work for beginners if they are patient enough. Conclusion:
Great pattern. Small pieces. My lil one really likes her horse. This took about 6 hours... not sure if that was a good guide though because I made it up yesterday as I was multi-tasking getting ready for Christmas... ;) had many distractions.
