This is a great pattern with multi sleeve variations. It's intended to work with stretch fabrics and I believe for best results, it should be fabrics with considerable stretch.
Did it look like the photo/drawing on the pattern envelope once you were done sewing with it? Yes, the version I made.
Were the instructions easy to follow? Extremely easy, I would guess that even a beginner could follow.
What did you particularly like or dislike about the pattern? No dislikes for this one. I loved the style and how easy this one went together. Also, I have to give kudos to New Look because I love making patterns that fit with no alterations!
Fabric Used: I used a Denim look Rayon / Polyester Knit from my stash and can't remember where I purchased unfortunately. I just wish I'd bought more so I could have made this a dress instead!
Pattern alterations or any design changes you made: None
Would you sew it again? Would you recommend it to others? Definitely yes and yes! I'm going to make a couple others soon. (and a dress version too!)
Conclusion: I love this top very much and it received a lot of compliments at work too! If you want to see a few more photos, please stop by my Blog.
