Pattern Description:
Kids costume pattern for karate gear/scrubs/prisoner
Pattern Sizing:
multi, 2-3-4-5 / 6-7-8
Did it look like the photo/drawing on the pattern envelope once you were done sewing with it?
Apart from the colour, yes, very much
Were the instructions easy to follow?
Very easy and clear.
What did you particularly like or dislike about the pattern?
I particularly love the versatility of the design, how it can be used for so many different costumes. There was nothing at all I disliked, except maybe for the overstated fabric requirements... I am getting a bit sick of having so much left over after a project
Fabric Used:
Poly cotton blend for the top and pants, polyester knit for the self drafted hood I added to the costume
Pattern alterations or any design changes you made:
I designed and added the achine embroidery and applique features and designed and drafted the hood to complete the ninja look
Would you sew it again? Would you recommend it to others?
I am sure I will be sewing it again... at least for a few of my nephew's soon-to-be very jealous friends!
Conclusion:
Just plain love it... and more importantly, so does my nephew!
