I made the Men's small.
Did it look like the photo/drawing on the pattern envelope once you were done sewing with it?
Yes!
Were the instructions easy to follow?
Yes, I only had one hiccup. This was when it came to the fly opening. The order of stitching was a tad confusing, although I figured it out once I sewed it partially shut!
What did you particularly like or dislike about the pattern?
Once you've made it a few times it is so straightforward that you can make it without reading the directions. I would say at that point, it really does only take an hour of sewing time to make it.
I didn't like how the layout calls for you to fold the fabric edge to edge, not selvage to selvage like most patterns. Because I used fabric with directional prints, sometimes I hadn't bought enough fabric.
Fabric Used:
Quilter's cottons and flannels.
Pattern alterations or any design changes you made:
None.
Would you sew it again? Would you recommend it to others?
My dad already put in his request for a set for himself, so I guess so!
