Pattern Description: Short collarless jacket with 2-piece sleeves, and patch pockets
Pattern Sizing:36-44, I cut 38
Did it look like the photo/drawing on the pattern envelope once you were done sewing with it? Yes, although on the photo it looked more fitted than it turned out to be in reality
Were the instructions easy to follow?I don't understand most of Burda's instructions, so I didn't read them
What did you particularly like or dislike about the pattern? I like
Fabric Used:Boucle (mix of viscose and acrylic), acetate lining
Pattern alterations or any design changes you made:
Original version of jacket has lapped front and clousers (snaps). I changed it for hook and eye. I wanted more fitted jacket, so I took in seams (especially CB seam, because without it jacket back was baggy). I also shortened sleeves for normal length. For trimming I used fringe made of fashion fabric.
Would you sew it again? Would you recommend it to others? I'm really glad how the jacked turned out. Even though jacket it without collar, it was quite complex project. The jacket is very distintcive, so I don't think I will make another one before this is worn off.
Conclusion: It turned out to be very nice jacket. It's comfortable to wear, it feels more like cardigan than a jacket. It's very versatile, can be worn with jeans or with skirt for more formel look.

The jacket looks beautiful. It will look good with pastel colors as well as jeans or black pant. It fits you very well!
