Pattern Description:
Misses' tunic or top with bib, collar and sleeve variations. New Look sewing pattern
Pattern Sizing:
8-18. I made a size 12.
Did it look like the photo/drawing on the pattern envelope once you were done sewing with it?
Yes.
Were the instructions easy to follow?
Yes, instructions were simple to follow.
What did you particularly like or dislike about the pattern?
I don't know if it is the pattern or the fabric (plaid flannel) but I simply love this shirt. I have already worn it 5 times in the past three weeks. It is a great comfortable tunic to wear around the house while I do more sewing!
I bought the pattern to make View A with the pleated bib but didn't end up having enough fabric and was forced to use the 'normal' bib. Wasn't sure how it would end up but I really like it.
Fabric Used:
Plaid flannel fabric from Fabric.com
Pattern alterations or any design changes you made:
None.
Would you sew it again? Would you recommend it to others?
Yes, definitely. It was easy to put together and would look good in different fabrics for a more dressy top.
