Pattern Description: Lined Vest with optional details - I selected view B

Pattern Sizing: 6-22

Did it look like the photo/drawing on the pattern envelope once you were done sewing with it? Yes

Were the instructions easy to follow? More or less, just make sure that you DO NOT sew any of the side seams before turning the vest right side out!

What did you particularly like or dislike about the pattern? The instructions/drawing regarding turning the vest right side out was confusing.

Fabric Used: The fashion fabric is a printed corduroy and I used an "anti-static" lining for the back and lining.

Pattern alterations or any design changes you made:
I cut an 8, but next time will cut the top as a 6, widening to an 8 at the waist.

I sewed the back vents closed, as they sort of stuck out and looked odd.

I did not add the fake pockets, because the the print fabric I used was "busy" enough.

I changed the back straps from the buckle to just a tie back, as the buckle was too heavy for the fabric and it hung in an odd fashion. I would think that you would have to interface the back tie and probably cut it a bit wider, for the buckle to work.

Would you sew it again? Would you recommend it to others? Yes, and yes. I already have the pattern cut in another fabric.

Conclusion: I really like vests as they are a very versatile wardrobe piece, and this pattern has many options.
