What did you particularly like or dislike about the pattern?
Kids clothes are adorable, and this garment was very fun to make. It was easy to assemble with cute and easy details.
Pattern alterations or any design changes you made:
I don't do this often, but I made this one exactly as is. It did seem to run a bit big compared to the measurements it gave, but I don't know anything about kids' clothes sizes.
Would you sew it again? Would you recommend it to others?
Not many kids in my life, but I'm definitely holding on to this pattern.
Conclusion:
Cute, easy jacket for a little one.
Were the instructions easy to follow?
Yes - I had no problems.
Did it look like the photo/drawing on the pattern envelope once you were done sewing with it?
Yes. The only thing I noticed is that it does seem to run a bit big.
Pattern Description:
Unlined double breasted coat has gathers at waist, full length sleeves, and lower front side panels. View A has collar, welt pockets, and decorative belt on back attached with buttons. View B has lined hood and patch pockets.
