Pattern Description:
Misses' dress with front V-neck and back zipper, is straight or flared below the hips, has optional sleeves and shoulder flounce.
I made view B with flared sleeves.

Pattern Sizing:
D5 (4-6-8-10-12); P5 (12-14-16-18-20)
I cut size 12.

Did it look like the photo/drawing on the pattern envelope once you were done sewing with it?
Yes.

Were the instructions easy to follow?
Yes, they were clear.
I read them carefully and followed them step by step.
I wanted to make sure that the dress will look nice when done.
I learnt some new tips/techniques from The Project Runway Collection designer.

What did you particularly like or dislike about the pattern?
I like the flared sleeves.
I love the flounces at the bottom of the dress. They move and wave graciously.
I have no dislikes.

Fabric Used:
Polyester Crepe.

Pattern alterations or any design changes you made:
I made two dresses of the same view.
I raised by 1" the front V-neck of Dress #1. Dress #2 has kept the original neckline.
For both dresses:
I eliminated the centre front seam.
I shortened the waist by 1" (Petite adjustment) and added 3" in length to the hem.
I made a small bust adjustment.
I also reduced the amount of fabric for the lower flounces which resulted in a less flared dress.

Would you sew it again? Would you recommend it to others?
Yes, I may sew it again: the version with the shoulder flounce.
To anyone who likes the design and the look, it's worth to give it a try.
It was not fast and easy to make because there were a lot of pieces to put together. But if you have a lot of patience and if you like challenges, I will say: Go for it!

Conclusion:
I enjoyed making this pattern. It was challenging. I learnt a lot and I am very happy of the results: the dresses fit so well.
