Pattern Description: tailored jacket
Pattern Sizing:misses
Did it look like the photo/drawing on the pattern envelope once you were done sewing with it?yes
Were the instructions easy to follow?fairly clear, but it was complicated
What did you particularly like or dislike about the pattern?will never like back vents. no matter how I try, they don't come out right the first time
Fabric Used:synthetic suiting, brown heather
Pattern alterations or any design changes you made:
Would you sew it again? Would you recommend it to others? I wanted to challenge myself and make a tailored jacket for my daughter's birthday. Generally pleased, but it took a lot of fussing. Doubt I'll sew it again. would recommend a jacket without a back vent for others.
Conclusion:
wish I'd gotten a picture, but I was in a hurry to send it for my daughter's birthday. It really did turn out quite well, I knew it would take some work.

I made view C, the shawl collar vest and it was easier than the jackets. I left off the little cap sleeves and cut in the armholes by an inch so it would be more "vest-like." I used wool herringbone and it came out really pretty. I need to do a review but I'm having trouble uploading pictures.
