Pattern Description:
The Moss is a semi-fitted skirt that sits slightly below the natural waist and works up well in a variety of fabrics, from denim to wool to corduroy and many fabrics in-between. Skirt features a fly front and button closure as well as a yoke at the back.
Pattern Sizing:
0-18 - I used Size 8 Did it look like the photo/drawing on the pattern envelope once you were done sewing with it?
Yes
Were the instructions easy to follow?
The instructions were great. I also referred to Jen's fly front tutorial on the Grainline Studio's blog.
What did you particularly like or dislike about the pattern?
Great fit and a versatile part of my wardrobe. I made a second skirt within days. Already the two skirts (woolen plaid and an orange corduroy) have had a lot of wear.

Fabric Used:
Thrifted woolen plaid.
Orange thick-wale corduroy taken from a thrifted skirt.
Pattern alterations or any design changes you made:
For the plaid skirt I cut the pockets and back yoke pieces on the bias to draw attention to the pattern.
For the second skirt (orange cord) I brought in the waist through the yoke and waistband.
Would you sew it again? Would you recommend it to others?
Totally, I'm already planning a denim skirt in the longer cut. This is an excellent, modern pattern.
Conclusion:
Highly recommended, great instructions. It feels good to support independent designers.
