Pattern Description:
I needed to make my son a pair of shorts. He fell in between the sizes I had available in the patterns I have. (I am not experienced in upsizing or downsizing patterns so I chose to copy his pants) Pattern Sizing:
Traced a pair of his fitting pants... and stopped them at the knee. Did it look like the photo/drawing on the pattern envelope once you were done sewing with it?
They look very much like shorts... that is what I was going for. Were the instructions easy to follow?
I used basic elastic pant instructions to construct the pattern pieces I had made. What did you particularly like or dislike about the pattern?
I was winging it... they came out just right. Fabric Used:
Cotton with construction trucks Pattern alterations or any design changes you made:
not applicable. Would you sew it again? Would you recommend it to others?
Yes, he needs shorts for spring/summer Conclusion:
I am happy with the results ~
