Did it look like the photo/drawing on the pattern envelope once you were done sewing with it? yes
Were the instructions easy to follow? very easy
What did you particularly like or dislike about the pattern? basic shirt, easy fit
Fabric Used: quilting cotton
Pattern alterations or any design changes you made:
I used high bust measurement for size 8 and drew out to size 14 from 2 inches below underarm to waist.
Would you sew it again? Would you recommend it to others? I would sew it again with shorter sleeves and better fabric. I recommend this for beginners.
Conclusion: Glad I did this because now I know high bust measurement works better for sizing requirements. Need to go up to the next size to eliminate the triangular shape I have going on. Overall it was good sewing practice.

Thinking I have square shoulders and need to level the slope of the shoulder rather than going up a size. Thanks for commenting on that. I otherwise wouldn't have checked again. Oh and thanks Quickie. Looks way better ironed and styled with a wide red belt, layered bracelets, and nautical necklace over leggings and gold chained boot pumps. 1/17/13 4:51 PM
