McCall's 6572~ Misses Tops and Pants
Pattern Sizing:
Sizes 6 through 22
Did it look like the photo/drawing on the pattern envelope once you were done sewing with it?
Yes it did!
Were the instructions easy to follow?
Extremely easy to follow!
What did you particularly like or dislike about the pattern?
I love the look~ great alone or under jackets...can dress it up or down. Very quick to make.
Fabric Used:
I used this striped poly-lycra knit
Pattern alterations or any design changes you made:
No alterations at all, except instead of using facings I serged the edges and turned under the seams.
Would you sew it again? Would you recommend it to others?
I will definitely sew this again. I highly recommend it. However, I recommend topstitching with a closer blending fabric. My black topstitching sticks out like a sore thumb. I have stared taking the stitches out to redo the hem and neck edges...my little pet peeve.
Conclusion:
Over all great top, great wardrobe builder,and I'll definitely make it again and again.
BTW, I had extra fabric leftover, so I made this infinity scarf to match.
It's super easy and very fashionable!!
