Conclusion: View B Flatlock front seam Flatlocked all seams
Flatlock seams are done using one needle (left) with zero tension.
the loopers are as usual.
Sew seams then slightly pull the seam from the front side exposing a ladder stitch.
Newer sergers can do a two thread using a tool to bypass the upper looper. This gives even better results, seams are sewed wrong sides together then pulled flat giving a reversible look on both sides.
Unfortunately I gave that serger to DD so I did it with my older serger.
