Did it look like the photo/drawing on the pattern envelope once you were done sewing with it? Yes.
Were the instructions easy to follow?I did not use pattern instructions I worked on the Pam Howard Tailored Shirt class on Craftsy.com and I also referred to my DVD and book by David Coffin Shirt making.
What did you particularly like or dislike about the pattern?I found this pattern to be designed and cut well. All the match points matched and it fit true to pattern measurements. First time on a Kwik Sew pattern I am impressed.
Fabric Used:A couple of cotton prints that I picked up with my husband. He could not believe that I did not have suitable fabrics for a mans shirt in my stash. LOL.
Pattern alterations or any design changes you made:I used the draft a collar method taught by Louise Cutting in the Threads Insider One DVD. Here is the link to the online video

I also decided to give using rayon embroidery thread a try and a love the top stitching on the flat felled seams.
I used my 1/4" foot, Flat Fell foot and my rolled hem foot. These are feet I had never used before. Success.
Would you sew it again? Would you recommend it to others?
I would recommend this pattern highly. I had very nice results considering that it was all new to me
Conclusion: I have started working on a small spring/summer wardrobe for my husband and I am glad I started with this pattern.
