Were the instructions easy to follow?
Yes, don't remember any hassles with putting it together.
What did you particularly like or dislike about the pattern?
Love the pockets! Normally I am a bit sniffy about pockets, thinking even if they are there you should never use them because they "spoil the line", and I often leave them out because I'm too impatient and want to get the thing finished, but I LOVE these pockets and use 'em all the time- they go with the casual vibe of the skirt. I think the pattern's narrow lapped zipper method doesn't really work on denim (it causes bulk), but I think it should work ok on a finer fabric.
Fabric Used:
Soft lightish-coloured denim. The topstitching is a camel colour and the buttons are pale wood.
Pattern alterations or any design changes you made:
Nope.
Would you sew it again? Would you recommend it to others?
Yes, I've worn this a lot this summer and really like the below-waist A-line shape and the details (bottom band, topstitching, pockets, buttons).
Conclusion:
Highly recommend!
